We chose Paez family homes because we wanted to choose someone we trusted with our investment and our new home, it was the right choice. Michael is efficient, effective, and easy to work with. One of our primary goals was to stay within budget and still have a nice home and he was able to help us through that journey. This is our first home-building experience and he was able to guide us through every step and make sure and explain in detail what the process is, he also has experience in design so was able to give us pointers when we were selecting items to make sure that it flowed well with the other design items chosen. It's hard to find someone whose primary goal is to take care of their clients and who is reliable and trustworthy. We are very happy with our house and can't wait for all the memories we build with our family!
